100% working Sandy Bridge build?

Hi there, I was looking to build a Sandy Bridge system and was wondering if the Sandy Bridge platform is 100% compatible yet like the last generation processors. I want to build this system and install Mac as simply as possible, without any hiccups and want everything to be working 100%. So if there are any good, easy guides out there could you please point me in the right direction? Thanks.
