@feartech,

Read through the FAQ.

I can submit EFI.zip Used F4 and F2 key before the installer started. Therefore it is the contents of the USB installer when installing macOs Sierra on the laptop.

NOTE: I have NOT been able to complete the installation process on this laptop. Therefore, I can only produce the contents of
patchmatic, IORegexplorer, output of kextstat and sudo touch command on my own iMac and NOT the laptop which is giving the problem.

Your Clover/kexts/Other is missing SATA-100-series-unsupported.kext.
Note also that GenericUSBXHCI.kext has no application to your hardware.

And...
From where did you download macOS?
On what hardware did you create your USB installer?

Include the SATA-100-series-unsupported.kext now and remove the other one. Will try installer again with this.

As for macOS Sierra 10.12.5. I downloaded it using my own apple developer login account. I suspect something is wrong however there was no indication during the installer build process. I'm currently busy downloading it

You didn't answer my questions...

you right i did not.:banghead:

1. It was downloaded using my iMac 1 days after the office release of 10.12.5.

------------ added more context here ----------- after the post ---------------
At that time I did notice the the download failed once and then I resumed.
I tried to re download it today and both times it failed on me
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. The iMac is a hackintosh build with macOS Sierra 10.2.5. That build signature is included in the account that is banned for 31 days.:lol::lol::lol: Do you want me to add the complete profile here ?

Imac 14.2, Gigabyte Z97X gaming 5, core i7 4790K, Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 (1080x1920). Bios F5, 10.12.5
Bought this machine, as it was highly recommended by tonymac.

Sounds good.
You should download macOS from the Mac App Store.
Make sure you follow the laptop guide as written...

Run the installer again with the SATA-110 kext included. The same problem came up.

Im thinking I need to get a full dowloaded copy without issues (10.12.5) unless I try 10.12.0 but I'm not sure if it will support the cpu ?

Why is it failing?
I tried another download from App Store, this time it failed once and resumed as the download was almost done.

Use this download and rebuild USB installer using your preferred method again. The issues relating to disk3s1 : 0x3s0 (UNDEFINED) and cpu halt is GONE. So busy installing.

Will report back later on what is working on what's not. :thumbup:

I have to work now.

Why is it failing?

@RehabMan,

You a GURU !

this time around usb installed worked

Success.

VoodooHDA not working. I used multibeast for Sierra to install 2.8.8

Still need to check what else not working
