Since it's not compatible OOB with OS X, I recommend you post your problem to the author at the osx86.net site.

It seems that my freeze issue is caused by my core i5 cpu (3570). Booting with CPUS=1 does resolve the freeze problem and then I can use this card as Airport extreme with full functionality!!

How do you get this card to operate as Airport Extreme?

Hi guys! Please, help me! I checked this card more times with many tuning options, I changed the plist file many times but the card still doesn't connect to wi-fi network! Please, help me!

I also have a TL-WN851ND installed, but I haven't, as of yet, been able to get it working on either Sierra or High Sierra. Is there a guide or something I could refer to to get it working?
