10.7.5 screen vibrating (my eyes!!)

Since the update everything on my pages is sort of vibrating, jitting, and i can't seem to find a cure.

Please for the love of god help

I also viewed the video several times but cannot see the vibration that AudioWorkshop mentions.

Its very hard to show in a video.

Its almost as if everything has become fuzzy.
I will double check to see if its in 1080p or 1080i as I'm currently on my Windows Partition.

I tried setting it to 1080p instead and its back to normal!
