Hi guys and thanks in advance for your help.

It is my first hackintosh installation attempt.
I'm starting from scratch on an ACER Aspire 7741G-374G64Mnkk laptop. A Core i3-370M (Arrandale) architecture with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470.
    Detailed specs : http://mobile-computers.tech-specs.com/acer-aspire-7741g-374g64mn-n61650608

So, I installed Snow Leopard using IBOOT (3.3.0) and a 10.6 install DVD. It works using the PCIRootUID=1 flag.
Now I'm trying to perform the post installation procedure with Multibeast and the 10.6.8 combo update package.
Problem is, at approximately 80% of the update package installation, I get a crash with the restart screen (the one saying to restart with the power button in multilangage).

I just tryed 10.6.7 combo update instead. Same issue.
Tryed with update Helper (just in case). Same issue.

    edit2:
I performed a new clean installation of the 10.6 DVD install but using iBoot Legacy 2.7.2.
This time i get a kernel panic instead of the restart screen. See below screenshot.

I have no more idea. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
