Thanks for the advice on purging NVRAM. Selected update from system preferences, when it restarts, no Install volumes present. Pressed F11 and the cursor flickered. Booted into MacOS. Selected update from system preferences, when it restarts, Install volumes are present. Up and running!

I am facing the problem after updating mas os Catalina 10.15.5 every time it says for restarting but even after restart it shows older version
Any suggestions ?
Please help

Thanks for the solution and guide! That helped me out too (Updated from 10.15.5 to 10.15.6). No problems while updating. As described, i used F11 to purg the NVRAM and installing the update again the install drive finally appeared for me.
