I've followed numerous tutorials and really struggling to make any progress with the audio, I don't know whether this is me, or Mac 10.13.5 or Multibeast needs upgrading. I used multibeast to install the intel 300 series audio support and temp kext, and then went back to install the ACL1220, but it won't install that.

I also tried using kext utility to install the vanilla HDA, which it did, but when I try to run the ACL cmd, Im told the CSRACTIVE CONFIG should be at 0x3, but it is. I did change it to 67 or something in a previous tutorial but is now changed back after save and restart. See image

I've also tried changing to audio id as I'm almost sure thats wrong, layout id is 5f 00 00 and device id is 77 19 00 00.

Please help, as you can probably tell, I'm a rookie :)

This was a bios issue, something needed to be disabled
