10.12.3 Cannot Boot Without CPUS=1

Hi just successfully installed 10.12.3 on my build, but cannot boot from SSD without CPUS=1. Tried Kernal Lapic, VoodooTSCSync.kext, and NullPowerManagement.kext, but I still get a kernel panic failure when booting. PLEASE HELP!

Gigabyte GA-Z170N Wifi
i5-6600K
EVGA GTX 960 SC

SMBIOS - Mac Pro 5,1

Currently running with "dart = 0 -v cpus=1"...

Could it be a problem with my SMBIOS? I get black screen with Mac Pro 6,1 and iMac 17,1.

First step, I'm going to attempt a reinstall, but originally had some problems reaching installer. Will keep updated in case this helps anyone else.
