10.10 Boot Blank Display bug

I installed 10.10 today. Everything works fine except for one weird bug. I tried searching for an answer but i couldn't find one. When i power on the rig(cold boot), the screen goes blank after the apple logo. If i restart, the system boots into the login screen with no issues. This issue appears only during cold boot and i tried all the bootflags but the issue still persists. I really hope one of you guys have the answer. Thanks in advance.

ASUS Z77 Sabertooth
i7-2700k
ASUS GTX 680

Last bug! Really could use your help guys!
Also, when I use PCIRootUID=0, the system boots up in Safe Mode.
