Was Disk Utility used to format the drives prior to the Hard drive selection? If not, as soon as Unibeast boots, proceed with the welcome screen, then select Utilities on the Menu bar (top). Select Disk Utility. Select the Hard drive you wish to install OSX on and partition the drive.
