What I've tested.
HDMI (port) > HDMI (male) to DVI-D (female) adapter > DVI-D (male) to HDMI (female) adapter > HDMI (cable) > TV = Works

I've got a Geforce GTX 560 Ti Phantom with 2048 MB Ram from Gainward. Single display works fine with mountain lion but i need the other dvi to get a dual screen system. How can i get the seccond DVI port working? DSDT edit? Some kexts? Boot options in chimera?
