My UniBeast installation (I think 8.3 or whatever the latest is) is unable to create the bootable USB drive. It displays the message that says
"Couldn't create installer"
and the .log file says

HI, I'm a bit of a newbie with hack's,
had this build for about 6 years now and have had no problems until now.
Basically, after turning on after a weekend of being away my hack now has a yellow screen. Some parts of the screen are totally normal but other areas are yellow, such as the main...
So I just did the most recent set of Updates to Lion. 10.7.5 (11G63b) and of course the sound disappeared. It's the old "No output devices found" in system preferences.
I have tried all the common methods that I have done before, I have tried both the newest version of Multibeast 4.7.0 and...
Hi to everyone,

Can i change my graphic card on this system with a Nvidia 660 ti?
I read a lot of post about Nvidia 660 ti but i didn't understand if it works on 10.7.5 os.

The built run OK with 10.7.5 and multi beast 4.6.1

Please check and comment for the 10.8.2

Hi fellow hackintoshers
I managed to get Lion 10.7.4 installed on MY Thinkpad T61 (one with Nvidia NVS 140M, 1680x1050 resolution) working , Graphics were recognized after 10.7.5. combo update, but strange thing happened that now my purchased Lion is not listed in app store "purchased" tab...
Hello,
I am new here and a total noob with OS X and Hackintosh.
I recently got an Early 2008 MBP, installed Lion on it and was amazed by this OS.
I decided to install it on my desktop pc which has the following configuration:
MOBO: Intel DP965LT
Intel 82P965 MCH
Intel 82801HB I/O...
Hello all!
I have a Hackintosh built for me by a colleague. After accidentally updating to 10.7.5 I'm having issues with my audio driver. As a matter of fact when I go to the audio preferences, it shows no audio driver at all (No output devices found). My system information says that I have...
i would definitely call my 10.7.3 Lion OSx86 install perfect (well some minor cosmetic glitches which can be overlooked). everything is working as it should. i'm tempted to update to 10.7.5. is it necessary? if so, any precautions i should take and/or files/folders to backup in case everything...
So i just updated from 10.7.3 to 10.7.5. Everything works fine except my geekbench score just cut in half and my video render times doubled. I'm blaming the CPU power management issue that came with 10.7.4 (which is why I didn't update to it).
Unfortunately the setting for CPU power mngmnt in...
These cards worked nice in 10.7 before 10.7.5 update.
Reading the forum and comments on the 10.7.5 blog post, I have the impression we are stuck. The options are back to 10.7.4 or up to 10.8.2 and the new drivers.
Do I understand correctly?
Hello guys,
I've been having a lot of trouble with my Hackintosh.
Motherboard: Gigabyte H67Md2B3
OS: Lion 10.7.5
So here's the problem:
1) Updated to 10.7.5 via Software Update
2) Everything was fine except for Audio
3) Tried Multibeast 4.6.1 to reinstall Apple HDA Rollback and...
How to get ATI Radeon HD 68xx not to drop performance after sleep (10.7.5)
Hello, here is just a little tip for those with ATI Radeon HD 68xx cards.
Someone here at the forums earlier when 10.7.5 was release posted an issue with sleep/wake, you can read it here...
Has anyone managed this since the 10.7.5 update? All 4 outputs would be amazing but even three (simultaneously). Apparently "native support" doesn't imply that all the card's outputs are working (?). Can't update to ML, but I really need a 680 to work.
