For mine to show up, I had to change the SMBIOS model. All my other MacBook showed up except that one hackintosh, so I knew something was different. After changing the model. BAM! It then showed up as being available.
make sure to add the device-id for this entry with a value of:
F2150000
and don't forget to add fakepci + fakepci-intel-i225 it was needed for me.
then it should work.
everything works for me here except no 4k 60hz ,
it's not the monitor, nor the cables, or the graphics card because if I reboot in windows, 4k 60hz works perfectly.
Does 4k 60hz work for you? I tried switchresX, not showing these refresh rates at that resolution, something is blocking...
So if I set everything the way it's supposed to (pcifake kext, etc). it works and i have internet from the "restore" partition.
And I see that the kexts are loaded the way they're supposed to.
But if I boot normally to full big sur.. it hangs.
If I change the device to use my other pciroot it...
Also, i have the builtin ethernet working on big sur and PRIME Z490-A, as well as HDMI + HDMI audio with IGPU.
I am still trying to fix my USB wake up, and PCI wake up.
ps: for your BIOS access, i have the same board and also sometimes get the no bios. it goes directly into OpenCore. F2, or DEL key doesn't do any anything.
I found that the only way to get the BIOS back is to select clear NVRAM from open core. then reboot. then the BIOS is accessible...
