Oh okay, so I would use bullet 10 for the official F9i bios, and then bullet 13 for the security patch on top of that? This one: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/success-gigabyte-designare-z390-thunderbolt-3-i7-9700k-amd-rx-580.316533/post-2306847

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Hi all, what is the latest BIOS recommended? I think I still have an old F6 or something. I checked Gigabyte's website and only see F9, no F9i but do not see any documentation for F9 on the front page.

Hi all, This is going to be a long shot but is anyone using the RX 5700 XT graphics card with a dual-boot hackintosh? Whenever I am on MacOS, it is working fine but I have been having issues with running on Windows 11 with the drivers crashing randomly and I have to hard-restart Not sure if...

@CaseySJ - Hey, A while back I commented that my WiFi speeds was extremely slow on this computer only (6-15 Mbs) -- I just checked my network and this computer has been on 2.4 GHz band instead of my 5 GHz band. I have no idea why or how it is choosing this band as everything else on my Unifi...

    [SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

@Inqnuam - I have been having issues with HackinDROM not showing custom USB Kext when upgrading... Not sure if I am the only one having issues with custom Kexts not showing. Kext is in the EFI/Kext folder and is also part of the 0.7.3 OC, but when trying to upgrade to 0.7.4, it is not there.

Hi @CaseySJ Since upgrading to latest OC (0.7.4) and Monterey, PC will never sleep. When I hit sleep now, screen goes blank and then comes back a few seconds later. Per activity monitor, nothing is preventing sleep. Even if I log out and try sleeping, it will not work. I have also reverted OC...

Has anyone had an issue with intelWireless Kext and only getting around 20 MBPS max of wifi speed? I am not able to figure out what the issue is, but it seems to be much slower than all other devices on the network (Fiber 1 GBPS). Update: I have also tried on the same PC on Windows OS and am...

Hi @CaseySJ - This has been an ongoing issue for be but just curious to see if anyone else has same issue or if there is any known fix. If I leave my PC in sleep mode for an extended period (maybe 1+ days), the pc shuts down and then when I manually restart it, it says it restarted for error...

For hackintosh what is the need to turn TPM off? With windows 11 it requires TPM on to install and wondering if I can leave it on as Mac OS seems to boot fine with it left on?

@Inqnuam - I just tested updating to 0.6.9, and when I clicked on 'Update Opencore', it crashed the app and I had to re-open via the Application folder. I think last time you mentioned it may have been code you forgot to remove, but it looks like it is still occurring after that change also...
