maybe I am wrong but wouldn't something Xeon related possibly be most powerful at the moment as we don't know what lies ahead in regards to chipsets etc
I understand, and thanks for clearing that up about the slot being on the back of most boards :)
So, you wouldn't consider selling any of your builds? you are wanting to keep them all and build another??
Because im in the process of deciding whether to build or buy prebuilt at the moment.
My apologies. No wonder I couldn't find it, the ULTRA M.2 slot is on the back of the motherboard!
If you have this Asrock motherboard are you going to be selling your Gigabyte GA-Z170N-Gaming 5 + Intel i5-6500?
Cheers
Sorry if I was unclear on my previous post, I just want to do a build similar to yours but I am wondering where the Samsung 960 Evo 250GB would fit, as I wasn't aware that motherboard had a m.2/NVMe slot unless you use a PCI-adapter. But then how are you going to install the Graphics Card?
Can anybody recommend a mobo that will require the least amount of tweaking, kexts etc etc
I was looking for something like the
Gigabyte GA-Z170MX-Gaming 5
But I want ITX
I would like to use:
Core i5-6600K processor,
Samsung NVMe SSD.Samsung NVMe SSD.
16-32GB of DDR4 Ram

I do not have the time to follow guides for this laptop, i have spent hours following guides to the letter from an osx86.net and there countless EFI boot files. I have been unable to boot into the install process of El Capitan Or Sierra. Hence why i am asking for an EFI or clone hard drive and i...
Has anybody got any further recommendations for me? Im thinking something either MSI or Alienware. But I'm fond of my Lenovo's. If anyone can comment with some model numbers that i can mackintosh it would be much appreciated....
Lenovo P70 - Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182491463253
Supports dual m.2 and upto 64GB ddr4 ram!!!!!
Ive heard a few Asus ones are good, any recommendations?
I have seen a few 16GB ddr4 laptop modules for around £100-180 each so 2 would be fine to make up 32gb.
I wouldnt exactly need dual m.2 as i could use a 2TB Hybrid SSD 2.5" in the laptop or a caddy in the dvd drive.
Could you possibly recommend maybe 2-3 laptops i should take a peak at?
I just knew youd send this, i was more hoping for someone to list an acutal brand and model number.
Ive heard some of the msi range offer my needs, can anyone else have any input?
