Solved by doing a bios reset, following this guide but ENABLING CSM and changing from legacy to UEFI for all drivers in CSM (might just need for GPU, but now its working so im touching nothing).
Seen many with this problem but no fix and I have pretty much tried everything suggested on the forum except injecting using DSDT/SSDT.
Sir @RehabMan, sir @tonymacx86 , do you have any suggestions perhaps? Would be very appreciated. ^^

Nvidia Web Drivers Only - Can boot
EmuVariable64 & Nvidia driver - Cannot boot, same error as before.
@tonymacx86 @RehabMan many people including me seem to have problems with sierra and nvidia web drivers.
I want to write a guide for my hardware to share here on the forum but I can not for the life of me get GPU (980ti) working.
I am only able to boot using nv_disable=1 and then my card is...
I have the same problem but I am able to boot by disabling GPU using bootflag nv_disable=1. Try that.
You can remove nvda_drv=1 since its not used anymore.
You need to modify your config.plist, at the bottom you should see "NvidiaWeb" something, switch the "Detect" key above it to "Yes".
Did you spoof your CPU?
You must do that since 7700K is not supported.
Go into clover boot options, and i think its under "binarys patching" or "system parameters" where you can set "FakeCPUID".
Change that to 0x0506E3 and then try to boot again.
Hi,
So I've been searching for a fix for this the past 4 days.
Installing latest Nvidia drivers (f02) with latest Sierra (.4) results in boot halting at error "IOConsoleUsers gIOScreenLockState 3" using Asus Strix 980Ti.
I have 3 Asus Swift 27" monitors hooked up using display port.
You can see...
Yea latest Clover.
I know, it was just nice to see if it could actually detect a card or not. But now I'm not getting further.
If I try to boot normally it gets stuck with "IOConsoleUsers gIOScreenLockState3" error. -_-
I got the same problem with my 980Ti.
If you check "About this Mac" what is you card identified as?
Mine is "Nvidia Chip Model 22 mb". Can only boot by disabling my card using nv_disable=1. Otherwise it gets stuck at IOConsoleUsers gIOScreenLockState 3 error.
Thanks for the assist.
None of the above works though, some even breaks it, like the emuvariableuefi-64 (halts and shuts down) and I also tried some more sysdefinitons but eventually ended up having to reinstall... again.
I also tried installing Cuda driver, and it says "No gpu detected"...
I can't get my Nvidia Drivers to load at all.
My setup
Asus Strix z270i
7700K
980Ti
OS: 10.12.4
SysDef: iMac 17
Tried both f01 and f02 drivers.
I have tried both the old and the new method but nothing, still says "Display 22 MB" in About and everything is going in slowmotion.
In Nvidia GUI its...
