**UPDATE** I got the PCI USB 3.0 and it worked like a charm. The only problem i have is that none of the usb ports from the motherboard are functional. only the third party usb ports that's installed. Any ideas on how to get the rest of the ports working?

My Build: Asus Sabertooth x79 NVIDIA GTX 760 I was able to make it all the way to the installer screen but as soon as that screen appears, my mouse and keyboard is disabled. Also, if i plug any other device in the same USB ports the device seems to work. Both keyboard and mouse are plugged in...

Yea, i installed clover and tried all the usb 2 ports. i even used unibeast to install el capitan on a external hard drive and that didn't work so i'm still stuck. I also disabled the menus that the instructions said to disable and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

I tried the boot flags you mentioned and a screen popped up with the apple logo and a progression bar. It always seem to bring up the circle of death when the progression bar reaches halfway. I'm trying to do a clean install of El Capitan for 3 days now and it always results to the same thing...
