There was a time-toggle.pkg for Mac to tweak BIOS time to local timezone, but the coding was bad, just shifting the timezone difference upon each boot. Changing Windows registry is the way to go.
I updated the second it was released, without any updates from NVidia. So what I did was to edit WebDriver-367.10.10.05b01.pkg, the latest Web driver for Sierra, and it works like a charm. Got a slightly higher Geekbench Compute result too.
Tried to turn off Wake-on-LAN in the Bios of my GA Motherboard. Only item available is to enable Erp, thus disabling WoL. No luck. Still have connection drops, but MUCH LESS FREQUENTLY!
Looking for a full fix.
