Any of ya install the Sierra 2018-001 Security Update yet? Any issues with our mobo?

Follow along with my previous posts in the thread and you'll see my exact process. No sleep/wake issues for the brief time I tested it. I generally have sleep turned off as I run SpamSieve for my IMAP accounts from this machine, so I wouldn't be able to tell you if sleep/wake is without issue...

Updated to 10.12.1 via the app store, so far everything appears to be running without issue.

Yeah, my particular setup doesn't like it, or at least didn't in the past. Maybe it's the drives I'm using.

I've always had trim issues with this board, so I haven't explored enabling it on Sierra yet. :/

How's your setup running? Any issues with your front USB ports, or audio popping (those seem to be the most common with our board)?

strieck, out of curiosity, does your install ever crash when it's not sleeping, or is it only when waking from sleep? I've been seeing the occasional finder lockup (beach ball of death), which may be related to notification center. Every time I've returned to a crashed finder, there are...

Any of you still seeing the problem? I disabled disk sleep but still get the spinning ball of death every couple days or so.

It'd be in the hidden EFI partition, you need to mount it to add/remove anything. Note that it's very easy to make your hackintosh unbootable by mucking around in there so make sure you've read up on any changes before you make them. Some good info on Clover and how it works...

I was getting kernel panics until swapping out OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi with OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi (I simply replaced one for the other within EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI). File attached for future reference, although your symptoms sound like they may point to a different issue. For what it's worth...

Updated to 10.11.6 via App Store without issue.

Fresh 10.11.5 install using the guide, only thing I had to do otherwise was swap out OsxAptioFixDrv.

GA-Z77X-UD5H w/ GTX 760 Updated via app store. Had to restore audio with MB 7.2. Got the “errors..pausing 5 seconds” bit after the update. Fixed with: No trim. Restored successfully with: Thanks all!
