Previously, I was on a fully working usb mapping with iMacPro system profile, including front and back usb-c. However, when I use the same usb mapping kext on tsanko.dimitrov's EFI with MacPro7,1. None of my USB port works.
Then, I tried to remap it with the usb mapping instruction on OpenCore...
Hi @ tsanko.dimitrov, I am on Fractal Design Define R6c which is exactly the same case with usb-c on the front panel. I also have the same gigabyte z590 vision d motherboard and 11th gen cpu. the difference is I don't have add-in cards and my graphic is gtx 760. I tried your usb mapping, it...
Robert Gee:
How do you get it fixed?
My spec: I5 3570K MSI z77a-g43, MSI GTX 970 4g(same as yours)
My problem is: Boot loop after Nvidia Driver on Mac OS Sierra
Sometimes boot, sometimes doesn't boot on El Capitan
Any ideas?
Haswell needs boot flag of -xcpm & kernelPM on clover.
There is a good guide on how to make USB installer using Clover on the forum, please read it.
And then modify the config.plist to fit your need.
Hi, Would you please tell me what id did you use on the usb installer.
On my computer, 0x0306A0 works fine. on the other hand, on my usb installer, CPU panic. Any idea?
Thanks in advance!
my spec:
MSI H81M-P33
Intel G3258
I found them here http://clover-wiki.zetam.org/Configuration/KernelAndKextPatches
If you think you are the first one who discover this, then you are!
I have no comment!
I really appreciate the hard work of those who develop such a great program.
Yes, it does. if you put the first id that I have tried, 0x0106E0. The cpu score of cinebench go way down to 60. I should tried ivy's id long before. Stupid me!
Thanks! Everything works fine now.
I already knew the FakeCPUID trick. I initially use 0x000106E0, it doesn't work well, Cinebench CPU score sucks.
So, I went ahead and change to different ids, 0x000206F0 works the best.
By the way, do you have any idea on how to make the Intel HD graphic on this CPU works?
The FakeCPUID of 0x000206F0 Work nicely for me with Clover EFI Bootloader.
No DSDT
Here are my spec:
Pentium G3258 (stable at 4.2 no voltage tweak)
4 GB of RAM
MSI H81M-P33
GTX 650 1 GB GDDR5
