It was Unibeast. I am using 7.1.1 and its a success. I am in my drive now. It is corrupted enough that it won't boot but I can see it from another install I just did. thanks for the help and support.
Ok I am recreating a new Unibeast USB. I want to find out the issue of why I can't boot from before. I have mounted the EFI before had to make sure Unibeast does not fail at mounting and install the bootloader.
Yes I am, should I remove it? Also please note about my clover, Unibeast 7.1 does not work correctly, so i am using unibeast then Clover 4045 to reinstall EFI.
I have a z170n-gaming 5. Do I still need the adapter? Also have you researched using a Desktop(iMac) vs a laptop (MacBook) card?
EDIT - Yep I do still need the adapter.
I have reset and check my BIOS as suggested.
I am trying to create a new UniBeast USB to install it on a new drive then remove my files from old drive for a fresh install.
Unibeast is not being nice. I only get to this. This is the worst update... I have been doing hackintosh since Lion.
Just checked the CPU (pins are not bent) and Ram, no issue there. Not using GPU right now.
Yah I updated without knowing that (my bad) and its has been a battle ever since. This is my 4th Hackintosh, Lion till now and I still can't figure it out.
Well the whole issue started because I didn't update clover. What I want to do now is a fresh install on a new SSD but it won't let me past that point. Could it be Unibeast?
I have read all the forums for my board and I have all required kext from my understanding.
I installed 10.12.1 on this processor with no issues. Then 10.12.4 comes out and I can't boot to my drive. Just restarts. So I created a new Unibeast USB and now it doesn't work. This is why I don't think its my processor.
