Hi @AJMacdonald and @UtterDisbelief Thanks for the input on this thread, I've been able to get iMessage working which I've been struggling with for (literally) years! I also seem to have AirDrop working but I'm unable to add bluetooth devices and handoff doesn't seem to be functional either...

Solved the last issue I was experiencing on my new hackintosh, my additions were: <key>Graphics Mode</key> <string>1920x1080</string> Thanks very much for the support - it's because posts like this that gave me the confidence to build it in the first place!
