When yosemite logged in i got flicker all over the screen ( never had this before ) I see the screen flicker when i am trying to play any Youtube Video in Full Screen (with safari) , The flicker happens at Youtube Bar at bottom of the screen

Thanks for Help RehabMan , after i did those fixes i have NO problem with the preview . Preview Photos now work Just Fine . But i notice a strange flicker at Youtube's Bar when im using Full Screen . anything that i can do to fix that?
