There was an ssdt.aml in CLOVER>EFI>CLOVER>ACPI>patched. I replaced it with Mini-SSDT-Duallink.aml (after I had renamed it as ssdt.aml). This allowed me to boot to HD from USB

I replaced ssdt.aml with your Mini-SSDT-DualLink.aml in pathed folder, then booted to mac from USB and finally run PBI to boot from HD

i had a perfectly working Yosemite installation (Clover) until i upgraded the cpu (i7-2630qm) and the screen. Now I can't boot to osx directly from hard drive which is expected, but i cant boot from USB either.
After F9->Boot from EFI file->Clover partition->EFI->Boot->BOOTX64.efi...
I have the same problem. USB flash drives disappear and reappear in finder every five seconds but the most annoying thing is that the mouse freezes for half a second every five seconds:banghead:
I have core i3 4530s with one USB3.0 port
