Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

Unfortunately not, same for Catalina. I know it’s graphics related as I put in a Nvidia card temporarily and all was AOK, sleep worked perfectly. (P.s. is it possible to have a secondary card in a second slot and boot from that for OSX... doesn’t seem to be. I have a 1080Ti as my main Windows...

No, couldn’t get it to work, unless you have any other ideas I may have to leave this one!

Ha, well I thought I’d better ask, wasn’t sure if it was just me again!?

Sorry, what do I replace the Efi folder with?

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

Hi, Don't seem to have any luck with any of this either. I patched it again as you suggested to no avail. My mobo has two physical GFX ports 1- DP, 2 - HDMI (see screenshot) The connectors are set correctly as you can see - however, black screen / reset on wake! grrrr For the briefest of...

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

Sounds like we may have to go crazy!!? I know this is making me go slightly mad! ;) Tried 14,2 - no difference. That was after adding the SAT0 to SATA SMB Rename. I've tried a few variations of Kabylake FakeID etc which made no difference. What do you suggest around the Skylake settings...

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

I can try this, I have already tried several SMB settings, 18,1 17,1 and 14,2 - however I will try again in conjunction with the other fixes. Will feedback. Thanks again, Jon.

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

FYI, I borrowed a GTX 660 out of my lads PC - and sleep works perfectly. I can't use this other than for testing, so would still really appreciate your help! Thought you may like to know, it *seems* to definitely be HD630 related? Cheers, Jon.

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

@mattystonnie Hi, Here is the latest IORegistry output from my system as requested... All Hack drivers are removed from L/E and only the ones you sent in EFI Other are present. (I learnt something new again - these drivers don't show up in the system report which is why I thought they were...

OK, will do. I’ll let you know how it goes! Jon.

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

Yes. There are kexts installed there. I had to also install USBInjectAll in L/E as well as it wasn’t being picked up from the Clover/Other folder. However, there are only the kexts you placed in C/O plus the Mausi one that I installed anyway. Let me know it this is a problem. P.S. the fault...

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

I *think* that the system is now waking (not halting) however, the displays are not initialising. It *appears* to be the same problem, but I think this is now different. Not 100% sure tbh, just my observations. Jon.

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

Hi, Here is the latest IORegistry. Two things of note. 1. pmset -g now shows all the power options. 2. Boot time is quite a lot quicker! Unfortunately the wake from sleep still fails. however, there is no output from pmset -g log | grep -I failure So, we have some good progress. Keep up...

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

Here you go... Thanks very much for helping me out! Just to reiterate - everything works 100% on this hack except wake from sleep (iMessage, iGPU with full acceleration, Handoff, Apple Watch login, bluetooth, lan, wifi etc. etc. all AOK) - it sleeps, but does not wake as described above. N.B...

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

True, but I’ve spent time making sure the key is “genuine”. I’ll just change it to something else and post it in a bit. Thanks again!

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

Is there anything specific you need to see? It’s just that I will have to obfuscate the data as it contains my serial etc. Don’t really want that in the public domain! Is there a quick way to do this (especially for the IORegistry data) Thanks though for your help. Jon.

Should I be able to achieve sleep/wake? (Intel HD 630 GPU)

Hi, I have tried all of the above and cannot get my Hackintosh to wake from sleep. USB initialised (keyboard and mouse light up etc), brief blip of the HDD light. Then black screen. System hangs, hard reset required. pmset log shows:- 2019-06-03 18:28:16 +0100 Failure...

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

Of course I didn't know about the pmset log... Here are the failure reasons for me as I've been testing today. (I know I just said I may give up!!? ;) ) The system has been in various states of flux today as I've tried your suggestions. I'm not sure what caused the difference with each test...

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

Well, this was an interesting excercise. It hasn’t helped, but at least I know it’s not a USB issue! I now see only the XHC ports that are present (in my case HS01 to HS14) I also disable the ASMedia USB 3.1 ports in the bios. Ah, Thanks for the feedback never the less! I think I will stop...

Mojave 10.14.5 Intel HD630 No resume from sleep

Yes, I read that - I disabled all USB ports (except 2 USB2 ports for keyboard and mouse) to test and did not use USBInjectAll etc. But the fault remained. I must admit, I am confused as to how to configure my USB correctly (despite looking at some guides) it doesn’t seem particularly easy. Do...
