Update: I deleted everything from the EFI folder & turned off file vault. I now only have the attached in the EFI folder. Now audio volume is fine but it's distorted. Any ideas?

Hi everyone, My RX 570 card does not support my 4k monitor at 60hz. The max resolution it does is 2048x1080 at 24 hz. I am on Ryzen with B450 motherboard. Using the attached EFI on the EFI partition and nothing else. Any ideas?

Actually, just as I said it I realised that setting up FileVault caused my audio to go really quiet. :D

Thanks. All set up as per the guide. I have to say this new Open Core is so much easier than Clover and all that on my previous Intel based systems. I have never had it this easy with set-ups. They did a good job..

By the way, does FileVault work? Have you tried?

Really appreciate your time & help with this. Thanks. I made those changes in the config.plist Interestingly, there was no usb kext in the kexts folder of the usb boot drive. Unfortunately, I think it may be a total freeze rather then just the usb ports not being responsive because the screen...

Hmm thanks for the suggestion. I tried that but still frozen. I’m not sure if its the whole system that’s frozen or just the usb ports..
