I just upgraded my version of Little Snitch to version 4.0, and am now seeing the same "invisible window" behavior with the Little Snitch network monitor window. Bummer!

nVidia prompted me to update (what a lovely surprise). The update went great, I shut down, installed the 1070, booted great too. Cinebench: 126.54 fps (!) but: iBooks still doesn't work. Darn. Still, this is wonderful!

Not with my system (GTX 750Ti), it doesn't. Bummer.

I had this problem, and the following worked for me: in my working system (pre-upgrade El Cap), I mounted EFI, then copied everything in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.11 over to 10.12. The next boot worked great, and the Sierra install completed fine.

Disk2 is my backup - I'm not booting from disk2 (BIOS setting), so I'm hoping that isn't affecting things. I'll unplug it just to be sure.

That's a good question - I just ran Clover Configurator, and from it got a boot log that looks more like what I'm actually booting. I re-ran Multibeast, got a different Clover theme, and my Nvidia graphics got all borked (but still no audio), so I'm fairly sure it's the right EFI partition. My only other EFI partition is on an M.2 card, which is a GRUB partition, and I'm not seeing GRUB at boot.

Odd - I'm getting 16B2555, so the drivers are working. I wonder what's different?

Weird - I guess I hadn't tried iBooks lately, but this problem is happening for me, with 10.12.1 and the latest NVidia drivers. Tried resizing, and lots of view options, fullscreen, etc, but nothing seems to help.

To get past this, I had to switch which HFS driver I was using.
