I replaced the Intel NVME drive with a Crucial and everything is rock solid now

I set up a ProBook 450 G4 for a friend using this guide and just about everything works, but the headphone jack doesn't Is there any way to fix this?

Everything I've read seems to suggest that the Intel NVME drive in the laptop is what's causing this

are there any issues with the Crucial P1 drives?

I followed this guide with my Elitebook 840 G4 and it works... mostly... Everything is fine until some random amount of time later at which the mouse cursor starts (what seems like) lagging with overall system slowdown... Once this starts, going into sleep, shutting down, or restarting causes...
