Had the same accident today, was thinking of updating into macOS Sierra and updated the Clover to the latest, just to be greeted with the red screen of death. Luckily saw this thread, boot up from lower version using USB and updated with the lower version. My upgrade to Sierra will be on hold...

I'm trying to install clover on my P8Z68V-PRO too and I couldn't get the system to boot up from USB with clover. Have you successfully use clover after the post clintster?

What you need to install is the hnak's AppleE1000 driver and not Lnx2Mac driver. Wonder how on earth you can get realtek driver working on intel ethernet hardware :) I did the same mistake as you did when I installed mine .. I thought I got the correct driver but when ethernet didn't work for...

I'm running ML with 3402 patched BIOS and everything works as it should including sleep and speedstep. I did a fresh install though and I've XFX 5770 which might ease the installation a bit.

On P8Z68-V PRO, I got my sound working by selecting the following kexts in Multibeast: 1. Under audio -> Realtek ALC8xx -> Unified Device Injector -> ALC8xxHDA AppleHDA Rollback Non-DSDT HDAEnabler -> ALC892 That should be it to get sound working.

It should. Another one to check is if you've NullCPUPowerManagement kext installed. This is needed if you're not using a patched BIOS. And best is to download the latest Chimera from the download section too since the one in Multibeast 4.6.1 is an older version.

Did you installed FakeSMC from Multibeast too? Its under Kexts & Enablers -> Miscellaneous -> FakeSMC.

If you're booting through unibeast, then yes, the network should work just fine. But after you've installed Chameleon and booting direct, you need to install the correct kexts.
