I have the same board as you and ran into problems with BIOS F12c. I also and downgraded to F11, and it works flawlessly. I chose F11 because I wanted to have future compatibility to install a Titan Ridge Thunderbolt 3 card, which is compatible only forward from F11.

One more thing, try downgrading your BIOS from your MoBo manufacturer website. I had this problem with my Gigabyte board after I updated the BIOS. I reverted back and poof, it was gone.. Worth a shot.
