Yea, it turns out that I had a DSDT that was patched for AMD Graphics and that conflicted with my GTX 750 Ti, so I had it reverted back to General Graphics and the problem went away
Sorry for the late reply but I fixed my issue. As it turns out, the DSDT I was using was patched for ATI graphics and I've replaced it with a corrected DSDT for my graphics card. Thanks for your help
I got El Capitan installed with everything working except for the graphics. I've installed the Web Drivers and have nvda_drv=1 as this is El Capitan. I've tried everything, I've tried:

There seems to be no option to disable Intergrated Graphics in BIOS. I am on A19 Dell Optiplex 790 Motherboard and I can't find an option. As for your config, I've replaced it with the config file in the EFI partition and it didn't work.
