The only solution I could come up with was to install El Capitan using Multibeast 8.2.2 and upgrade from there. MB 8.2.3 threw the same install errors.
Yes, but I keep getting the install failed error message when trying to install kexts.
I also have tried several different USB sticks, even bought a brand new one, all have the same result.
Ok so.... I was able to take a fully functioning El Capitan system upgraded to Sierra, but now audio is broken. I try Multibeast but it fails when I try to install the audio kexts and that I need to contact the software manufacturer.
One last update. I ended up putting in the old PNY GeForce 630GT card that I had and started over. Still had to use a version prior to 8.2.3, but I am now fully functioning.
Lots of good info here and I have read the whole thread, but I am still having some issues. I can't get MultiBeast to run properly. When it tries to install any of the drivers it fails with a message about contacting the software manufacturer for assistance. The only version of MultiBeast for...
UPDATE and good news.... after stepping away for a day to take care of some family business I started over with another fresh install of 10.11.6 on the OCZ SSD and ran Multibeast 8.2.1 with success! Everything is working with one small little issue, the left side of the finder bar is greyed out...
A screenshot of verbose would just show a row of +++++++
I can get it to boot into the installer from the USB stick and run all the way through the install. The problem starts when I use Multibeast. I cannot get it to install the audio, video or USB kexts. I have tried using the defaults for...
Ok... I am at a total loss here. I have tried multiple different drives, an OCZ Agility-3 60GB SSD, WD Blue 1TB SSD M.2 and a Seagate 1TB 7200 HDD. I have put them on various different SATA ports. I have verified that all the BIOS/UEFI settings are correct and have even reset the CMOS several...
Ok so just did another format and reinstall, ran Multibeast Quickstart UEFI and again after rebooting I am confronted with a message that there is no bootable drive. I reboot, select F12 and this is what I see. P3 is the only drive installed and there is no UEFI designator on it like there is...
Hopefully someone can help me please. I have followed this guide as well as a few others and it always gives an error when trying to install ACL1500, 100 series audio, increase USB or Intel 530 graphics. The logs just say the install failed and the installer encountered an error that caused the...

It just won't boot with Clover. I have tried using the legacy settings, inject nVidia and following the guide to the letter, but I just get a black screen after it tries to boot.
With Unibeast and Chimera I can use the switches ncpi=0x3000 GraphicsEnabler=Yes IGPEnabler=No PCIRootUID=1 to...
Hmmmm ok. Actually after a little due diligence I came across this at Newgg and it might be the better option. This is the exact one that I am currently using, so I know it works and will take 16GB of RAM. My firm provided my current one and that will have to go back soon during the next round...
Ok so I found this deal on Groupon and am seriously considering it. I already hacked my work provided 8460p, but I am concerned about the the video card on this one.
I read through the initial post and am very familiar with running Mavericks on my 8460p using both Unibeast and currenty...
Doesn't work for me. I have an 8460p with latest Clover and PBI CE. Followed the guide exactly, but when I try to actually install Yosemite it takes about a minute to "prepare" then it wants to reboot. After coming back from reboot it just goes into normal login screen, not the install screen.
