Thanks, I disabled "Intel Processor Graphic" and now my system starts in 30 seconds (previously 55 seconds).

Installed with KextBeast, rebooted system and...HDMI finally works. Yosemite 10.10.1 + GTX 760.

Why OSX 10.10 is a problem? I solved "Essentials.pkg" error with flag maxmem=4096. Someone used flag -no-zp (see this post).
