I'm willing to help you but you are on a completely different motherboard bios. I'm on F14 so you can update your bios or you can try to edit your boot.plist with graphics enabler=No - Just use Multibeast to change the boot options. You can also try some different boot flags graphic card related.
After some weeks of testing I recognized stand-by mode is not working any more. System shutdown does not work also. I'm still searching for a workaround. :-O
Next issue I already solved:
After I had updated to Mac OS X 10.8.5 via combo update the card was only recognized as "NVIDIA GK104...
After visiting the manufacturers website you will see that this explicit card is not available in the US. :cry:
