Hello THERE! just in case someone finds a similar problem: I got a solid state drive and I was able to install high Sierra with no problems, in the first try. So it seems like installing on a spin disk is not ideal at least for a similar rig as mine.

I will try the reseting the CMOS, to see what happens. THe hard disk is a spin disk and it is brand new, nevertheless I have run diagnostics on it and all say it has no problems. I will check the BIOS issue and come back and tell you.

I dont know if this is what you might need. Using clover configurator I loaded the efi partition of the usb and then I opened it, so the EFI folder appers I zipped that folder and I am posting it here.
