Any Progress on this yet? I have the same issues with audio.

Has anyone been able to do a clean install of HS with the UD5? I keep getting stuck on the Apple logo right after I click on the install icon at the clover screen.

@RomanoSoprano What does the Lilu.kext in your kext.zip do? I'm trying to fix my usb 3.0 and I was wondering if any of those files are needed to fix it. I searched and couldn't find what the Lilu.kext does.

I think it was the IntelMausiEthernet.kext that made it work. That's what made it work for me finally. It hasn't given me any issues at all.

THAnk our so much. I ended up reinstalling Sierra and tried the method you listed and it's been working flawlessly.

If you didn't do it on your plist then you can temporarily set it before it boots while your at the clover screen, go to settings, SMBIOS, and it should say profile, change that to 14,2

I made sure to use a USB 2.0 Used my nvidia 660 ti and only used web drivers Changed the fakeCPUID to 0x0506E3 And system profile had to be 14,2 That should get you to install Sierra.

@rudebwoy321 were did you guys get the voodoohda 2.8.9 from? I can't find it.

Thanks for the reply, I tried that already but for some reason it won't stick. I'm gonna try and do another clean install just and try that kext again.

Just googled that, it's a pretty pricey piece of equipment. Several people have reported peripherals through thunderbolt working. Make sure thunderbolt is enabled in your bios. And if it doesn't work then boot up on windows 10 and install the thunderbolt drivers and thunderbolt should work...

@debauchery1st does your LAN work? Your motherboard has the same chip as mine Z270X-UD5. Although I can't get my LAN port to work correctly.

To be honest I don't even know if thunderbolt works on my build. I have nothing to test it with. I just found out that I can't even play video on my build, probably because I don't have any audio.

The installation of Sierra or of the Ethernet? Because I still can't get my Ethernet port to work.

Any progress on that Ethernet port? Mine sometimes works but it just stops working. And when I unplug the Ethernet cable from the computer, it freezes and restarts. Im using the AppleIGP.kext.

Are you having any issues with the Ethernet port? Mine keeps getting cut off. And if I disconnect the cable, the computer restarts.

I managed to get clover loading, and I used the plist that Tonymac posted on this thread. When I press in "boot Mac OS X from Install macOS Sierra" it goes to a bald screen with the apple logo and then a circle with a slash through the center shows up and sends me back to clover. Any ideas on...
