Are you booting from the USB drive with clover on it or a hard drive with Clover on it? I booted to the Clover menu with my hard drive and then selected the USB install. I did not use Clover on a USB drive. Have you tried booting with -x for safe mode? and -f for ignore kext cache?
I've never been stuck on the load screen with that line before. "waiting on ioregistery" You might need to make sure your config.plist smbios serial number is correct.
I didn't actually use clover on a usb. I used clover on the efi partition of my hard drive. In clover drivers64UEFI I have EmuVariableUefi-64 and OsxAptioFix2Drv-64. I used npci=0x2000 kext-devmode=1. Here is a copy of the config list although you will need to edit the serial number and MLB and...
Had success doing a clean install on my R4G using clover v3726 for Sierra. Was running into a brick wall with using the newer 3766 on a usb thumb drive. Used my normal Efi boot disk with v3726 on it and chose the usb thumbstick and installed to a new drive. I have no Powermanagement working atm...

Or you can use Alpha_pikers clover patch https://pikeralpha.wordpress.com/2015/11/23/patching-applegraphicsdevicepolicy-kext/
AGDPfix.app This app...
after reading many different posts on here and on insanely, I've noticed most x79 users have to do an upgrade from Yosemite to El Capitan. The clean install method doesn't seem to work yet. But I have no experience in dual cpu installs.
Anyone else having problems with microphone not working while making or taking cellular calls on FaceTime?
