DRM is broken on Big Sur 11.0.1

It only works if you have a Vega GPU, if you have another GPU you have 2 options 1.- Change SMBIOS to iMacPro 1,1 or MacPro 7,1 2.- Use the WEG patches (Which are not working in Big Sur till a new version of WEG is released).

DRM is broken on Big Sur 11.0.1

Yes, this is a workaround to fix DRM without WEG and its patches, but to be honest i do prefer not to change to iMacPro 1,1 SMBIOS. I have read in several forums that if you do not have the proper CPU and GPU for iMacPro 1,1 SMBIOS (i mean the same o very close CPU and GPU like in a real...

Here you go! Anyway there is a Note recently added to Dortania's Guide regarding that DRM is broken on Big Sur, so we have to wait for the WEG update.

DRM is broken on Big Sur 11.0.1

DRM is broken on Big Sur 11.0.1, FairPlay 1.x and 4.x not working so Apple TV and iTunes movies are not working. Only FairPlay 2.x and 3.x are working which are the ones for playing Netflix and Amazon Prime. I think we will have to wait for the WEG update and the shikigva patch update to have...

New Clover Release v5.1 r5123/4/5/6/7 - Big Sur Support

That is my same thinking..... but the guys with multi boot systems insist that Clover is better :banghead: I told in this thread (couple of pages before) that now is more easy and simple to configure OC following Dortania's Guide than configure this new Clover. I really appreciate the work of...

New Clover Release v5.1 r5123/4/5/6/7 - Big Sur Support

Those patches are GENERIC my friend (for Coffee Lake and other CPU's) and must be included in your EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched folder for a correct functionality of the new Clover 5125 version (now mixed with OC), that's why i have them attached in the post.
