I finally manage to solve this. I still don't know exactly why Clover wasn't loading, but I had to format my drive (maybe it was corrupted) and replace the ApfsDriverLoader.efi driver with the standard apfs.efi for Mojave. Then everything worked flawlessly. Thanks again @cmn699 for your help.

I've tried your folder, I've also tried again to reinstal clover using the installer, but nothing, I'm stuck with the black screen. At this point I will probably just wait for the official Catalina relase and try again hoping I won't have these problems. Thank you for all of your help.

Thank you again but I still haven't fixed the problem. I've tried those files without.success. I'm attaching a screen of the boot entry lists inside the setup utility if that helps (I have disabled CSM so only uefi boot entries are possible). Hope this helps and again thank you for everything.
