No your partition shame should be all right, since you partitioned your hard drive correctly (provided you followed the guide!)
Did you change (or maybe it was already) your SATA Mode to AHCI in your BIOS settings?
When you´re trying to boot into one of your installations, is there any error...
Yeah you´re right this guide is quite outdated.;) Which version of OS X do want to install? I used the unibeast+multibeast method http://www.tonymacx86.com/61-unibeast-install-os-x-mountain-lion-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html).
There are a few passages crossed out in the guide. Don´t follow...

I think that its just impossible to install Windows and Mac OS X both in UEFI mode!:thumbdown:
I got it to work now, but I had to completely repartition my HDD. Luckyly my dad gave me his notebook to repair it, so I could take its harddisk to secure my data.
