Your EFI folder is all screwed up. You need a folder named "drivers64EUFI" in EFI/CLOVER Move the files from the EFI/CLOVER/drivers/EUFI folder to the new folder. You also have an off folder in kexts and drivers which is odd.

You need to add apfsdriverloader.efi to your drivers64EUFI folder in the clover efi. It’s not seeing the drives because they’re formatted in apfs, and clover doesn’t have a way to see them without that efi.

Click on the gear at the bottom row of the clover main menu. When you arrow down to boot args, hit enter, and type the flag. Hit enter again, and go down to return. Select the boot drive you want and hit enter again. It's a little weird at first, but pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

Have you tried disabling the graphics (nv_disabled=1) in the boot flags?

Same problem here. No issues at all until I updated to 10.11.5. Now it restarts anytime I use safari, the App Store, or other random apps.

After more digging, I don't think the update went well. It said it couldn't verify installation and after rebooting it just shuts down. I'm getting a CPU Halted error.
