Hi RehabMan, Thank you for your clear and easy guide. I'm not sure if you mentioned this in the guide yet, but in my laptop 8470p with CPU i5-3320M, running only ./ssdtprgen.sh will limit CPU to x8 only, and the system is extremely slow. I have to run with "-w 3" to get PM working well.

You have to select Clover UEFI in PBI CE. PBI CE can't run without Clover.

If you select tag in the left of Finder, it will list all files in your system, not only in current folder.

It's RehabMan kext to enable Broadcom bluetooth. The latest PBI CE does not have latest kext so you should remove it before upgrading (Also make sure you have the latest PBI CE installed).

It's strange that you have 3 AppleHDAIDT.kext at the same place, provided that this should not be allowed for duplicate name. Can you send me all of them?

Sorry but I'm confused about new update in BrcmPatchRAM. What's the use of BrcmFirmwareData and BrcmFirmwareRepo? Should I install it along with BrcmPatchRAM or BrcmPatchRAM2? I tried "make all" in your latest repo but I don't see those new kexts.

Make sure you removed BrcmPatchRAM in /S/L/E. It's mentioned in El Capitan thread.

How about CSM Disabled + Set 1024x768 in Clover GUI?

Same problem on Dell Broadwell. If you have to set 1024x768 or CSM enabled, use "Yosemite S" theme instead.

The config.plist is created from a bugged PBI CE. Please remove Screen Resolution in GUI section of config.plist. It's not needed in 1600x900+ screen. EDIT: Look like it's not related to your problem. Can you take a screenshot of garbled screen? So you have to set 1024x768 in config.plist or...

I just compiled the latest BrcmPatchRAM and BrcmPatchRAM2 and added it in 6.4.3, BrcmPatchRAM2 works well in my laptop. I will take a look at IntelBacklight later, look like a simplified of ACPIBacklight right? I just replace ACPIBacklight and remove the specified brightness dsdt patches.
