    [Success] Lenovo M93p, M73p "Tiny" mini PC i5 4570t, i7 4765t Yosemite-Catalina

OK another update and one which is rather important as I may have been ignorant but I don't think I've seen in a while a statement which says "please make sure your system is without a shadow of a doubt working as it should" The reason I say this is because most of my issues and especially all...

Gigamaxx did you (or anyone else for that matter) manage to get fan speed / control working? My Hackintosh is not too stable and often reboots and I think this could be due to the CPU overheating It idles at 65 degrees centigrade and I think Chrome is tipping it over the edge and forcing a...

OK although I have a VGA adapter for my MacBook Pro 2015 for presenting where the projector does not have HDMI so it never occurred to me that it wouldn't work / have had support dropped.

OK so here's another update! So I have managed to install Mojave using the EFI folder attached in #1 and I am typing this reply on the M93p :) So it turns out that hackintosh installs do not like VGA - I think that this should be stressed somewhere in the OP and also if we can figure out a way...

OK I'll see if there's a setting in the bios to disable "serial ports" but there are not any.... BUT here's an interesting update! So... I thought that there was not an issue with the displayport as when I connected the pc to a second monitor it showed up in windows and it automatically extended...

Update: I have managed to clear the nvram by booting to a fresh unibeast installer and running nvram -c in the terminal. Now actually specifying -v this is as far as I get using the attached i5 EFI folder on Mojave

A few questions if I may?: 1. Has anyone here including Gigamaxx managed to get this up and running using VGA? For some reason my displayport is playing up (bought second hand off eBay) and I can't even see the bios when turning the machine on although before embarking on this journey I managed...

X99 and El Capitan Install and Misc

I'm also looking to upgrade to the ASUS motherboard you mentioned as an upgrade to my Shuttle SZ77R5 Barebones machine. Using Unibeast / Multicast I have never had to patch anything and everything seems to "just work" so to speak after running multibeast to get audio and ethernet working. I have...

New Ivy Bridge SZ77R5 Shuttle stuck on 1.6GHz

Thanks for the advice :) I installed the latest fakesmc because that was the only option available in the latest Multibeast. I'll keep you posted as to how I go along with the new system. Hopefully there is nothing to worry about ;)

New Ivy Bridge SZ77R5 Shuttle stuck on 1.6GHz

I guess now I only have 2 concerns: 1. there only appears to be two multiplier states: 16 and 37 is this ok / normal? and 2. The temperature when using Geekbench stress test makes the CPU go up to the 90s yet the fan does not speed up and the heatsink temp does not go above 30 degrees C. Is this...

New Ivy Bridge SZ77R5 Shuttle stuck on 1.6GHz

Ran latest Multibeast with just i7 SSDT (didn't want to replace current Chameleon which is displaying / registering correct CPU speed) option checked and still not going higher than x16.0 multiplier. My BIOS is all optimised defaults. Could this be the issue? Windows is ok with the cpu and...

Thank you for the advice.I now have a hackintosh which says it has a 3.49GHz CPU! Here are the screens of my options I used in the link to Chameleon you attached: And here is the about screen: However, I have the same problem, that even though the osx is recognising the higher rate CPU power...

I've set the RAM frequency to be 1600Mhz in the bios and CPU max multiplier to be 42 and installed the i7 over clock ssdt but still 1.6GHz. See attached hwmonitor screen grab. Also notice the v high ambient temperature!
