What charlie meant back there is replace your chameleon "boot" file only (don`t forget to back it up just in case), by the way chimera boot file is hidden under snowleopard found at the root of your system drive Don`t touch your "com.apple.Boot.plist", this is your current boot configuration...

[ update ] Latest MultiBeast didn`t work on my system, boot hangs at "Pci configuration begin". reinstalled with Chameloen 2.0 RC5 r1200[VS] in Usb Flash from http://www.kexts.com/view/1523-chameleon_2.0_rc5_r1200_%5Bvs%5D.html and everything so far is o.k....installed it to Hdd and now booting...
