That might actually be a design feature for the gpu if its not to hot it might shutoff the fan for it. mine does MSI G4 970gtx might be worth checking also it the gnu getting crazy hot due to it ?

nice i just fixed it i have the LiteOn card [04ca:200b] however there are 3 definitions in the plist so i just tried to change [04ca:200b] -> [04ca:200a] and [04ca:200a] -> [04ca:200b] now i can boot from os x to windows and back containing bluetooth in both no to test windows cold boot to os x
