As I said, use hackintool and set your bluetooth usb port Type into internal. Read this post carefully. https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/release-hackintool-v1-7-7.254559/ if you still can't solve it, upload your efi folder and let me see what I can do.

Normally the reason of immediately wakeup is because your Bluetooth usb port was not set to internal. Use hackintool to correct usb port Type and export usbports.kext instead of usbinjectall.
