Thank You very much, but i figured out that i had the QPI Link Data Rate in 6.4GT/s and it was too high so i found that the i7-950 supports 4.8GT/s and i had to turn on C-STATE that reduces the processor's VID when the temperature goes above 80º so that was the problem. Thanks For your Support.
