FWIW: Update worked flawless with my system.

All went well here... updated directly from "Software Update" and took about 20 minutes or so with multiple reboots.

** As an aside I was able to install Catalina with a 64GB USB stick (ADATA UV150/64GB (usb 3.1)) partitioned into two 32GB partitions (no issues). I want to thank all involved ~ Your work does not go unappreciated. Just amazing.

I did a clean install of Catalina (after an update to Catalina from Mojave did not fix the issue) and all is working well. I did have a small issue with iMessages but it was an easy fix (just needed to check a box in iMessages preferences).

I went ahead and downloaded the content to see if I could view "non-streaming" and this is what I get... I have three monitors (2 the same) and both models do not have HDCP capabilities. Oh well... not a deal breaker for me. ;)

Same issue here... audio works but get a green screen when playing Apple content. What is somewhat strange is the advertisements for upcoming movies (e.g. Greyhound) plays fine...
