My final question. The system works as noted above, except when I boot with my monitor (hardware calibration + built in usb 3.0 hub, EIZO CS2420). If I boot with the monitor plugged in, it auto-wakes from sleep without the display and ejects drives. Any ideas? If I boot with the monitor in...
As promised here are two zip files, each containing ACPI dumps and Ioreg for BIOS 1.20 and 1.21 for the Asrock z270 ITX, though the change is supposed to be minute, the 1.20 did not have the usb-eject issue while 1.21 does, perhaps someone can figure out a difference we can patch? In 1.20, HS SS...
*Solved at #3150 To update, I tried downgrading my bios to 1.2(original release) which solves the usb eject issue, but this introduced a new problem, USB2.0 devices populate both HXC(SS/HS) ports, creating 22 ports total. There is also the USR1 that gets simultaneously populated by some devices...

Opencore so I'm not using the debug packer, hope the dropbox link below covers all.
If I use USB Mapping, USB3 ports are sporadic, the devices will show up in HS at USB2.0 speeds but not always in the SS pair, replugging solves it, and if I replug again, it's a toss whether it...
Also not true, clearly stated that I am running 10bit on displayport. Besides, you can get 10bit from consumer cards. Why don't we let people who might have an actual idea chime in, no point in guessing in circles.
Hello all,
I have a couple displays (NEC PA243W and EIZO CS2420) that get a 8bit signal (you can see stepped gradients) if I connect them via HDMI rather than DP. Sytem report shows 10 bit still but they are definitely not operating in 10. Was wondering if anybody had any idea. I know that with...
Which injector did you end up using, attachments seem to be gone from the original thread
*nm, found them on RMs github

It did fix the naming and they now load AppleIntelPchSeriesAHCI instead of AppleAHCI. Is this...
Hmm, I had sleep working fine with inject intel 59120003 but with the following the screen doesn't wake up, and if I replug the screen the system restarts. https://www.dropbox.com/s/l1qpnjjvgkb0m4c/debug_31377.zip?dl=1
It is not always the case, it used to be the same where I had two types of...
I don't think I had hibernate enabled, but even with confirming pmset(-g) Still have the random long sleeps with hibernate disabled.
Currently in use:
standby 1
Sleep On Power Button 1
womp 1
autorestart 0
hibernatefile /var/vm/sleepimage...
Thanks for checking in, I always had it working, just wanted to ask if there is a benefit that I might be missing as framebuffer corruptions are not always readily apparent. I still don't know for sure if putting in device id does anything in cases where your hardware matches your smbios and...
Do I understand correctly that if I want to run connectorless on a hd 630(7700k) to provide quicksync with a Radeon RX560, all I do is plus Whatevergreen and add 0x59120003 (03001259) under config.plist/Devices/Properties/PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0)? Would I benefit from any other of the FB...
Quick update, the long blinking sleep has nothing to do with sleep duration as I just let it standby within 5mins of booting and came back to it in a minute, had to press reset button to bring it back.
