I must have changed something I shouldn't have because now I'm only getting 1024x768 as resolution choice in Display preferences. Also, now when I boot, the Apple logo stays big. Before, about halfway through the boot progress bar, the logo would shrink down to normal size and aspect ratio.

It does at 2560 x 1440, and I don't have the 2560x1600 option with the Option key held down. Interestingly, when I toggle back and forth between resolutions, the pixelation goes away, albeit temporarily. Also, I have Age of Empires III installed on this, and so far I've seen no pixelation...
